Direct booking through this website will save the online travel agency fees of 15% of more.

Refunds: 100% refund if requested 90 days prior to stay, which may allow us to re-book. As other guests may be unable to book your canceled stay in time, for less than 90 days we offer a 50% refund if requested 89-30 days prior to your stay and NO REFUND if not requested until 30 days prior to your stay.

Reservation requires 25% of Total Booking, approved by us in advance via call/text. First payment must be paid at the time of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
$69 cleaning fee depends on occupancy.
Online Payment
Prior to payment, we ask you to call or text us at 541-301-4946 to confirm ahead of time the correct booking deposit or full payment amount. After that contact, click the ONLINE PAYMENT button and follow the prompts to securely enter your payment information to our company, Granite Corporation.
