To operate, press the arrow button (lower right), enter code, then press arrow button again; same procedure to lock every time you leave the property and at check-out. PS: Not a smudge, just a reflection!

In the event the electronic keypad is offline, use the same code to open the lockbox to retrieve a physical key. Please remember to replace the key using the code to release the lock before placing the facepad/key in the lockbox.

This is where the keypad and lockbox are located.
Private guest parking -SUVs only
This is an east view of the SUV-only private guest parking area. This area is about 30' x 100', with a small turnout under the main deck at the far end.
This is the west view of the guest parking area, and can accommodate 2 SUVs or compact cars. More than 2 SUVs must park in the overflow parking area.
At the end of the guest deck, indicated by the white arrow, is the small turnout which allows SUVs to turn around.
