Refunds:  100% refund if requested 90 days prior to stay, which may allow us to re-book.  As other guests may be unable to book your canceled stay in time, for less than 90 days we offer a 50% refund if requested 89-60 days prior to your stay and NO REFUND if not requested until 15 days prior to your stay.
